How do I book a court?
Book online by choosing your date and duration, paying securely, and receiving your access pin-code via email.
What are your court hire rates?
Rates vary between off-peak and peak hours. The latest prices are shown in the booking system when you select a session.
What is considered off-peak vs peak?
Weekday daytime slots are off-peak; evenings, weekends and public holidays are peak. Each time slot is clearly labelled online.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, you can make changes up to 24 hours before your session. Eligible cancellations are credited to your account as a Voucher.
How do I access the centre?
Use the pin-code sent to your email. Access and lighting activate automatically for your booked times.
Can I extend my session?
Yes, but extra time must be booked before your current session ends. Lights turn off automatically at your scheduled finish time.
Can I book a weekly recurring slot?
Yes. Choose your preferred session and select “Repeat” to secure the same time each week. Subject to avalability
What should I bring?
Non-marking shoes, racquet, shuttles, and a water bottle. You can refill with tap water at the centre, and drinks/snacks are available for purchase.
Do you offer racquet hire?
Yes, racquet hire is available during staffed hours (04:00pm–10:00pm daily)
Are children allowed?
Yes, but they must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Can I book a court online?
Yes! You can book a court easily through our online booking portal. Our premium court surface and good flooring ensure a top-notch experience whether you’re here for casual play or serious matches.
What equipment do I need to play at Pro1?
To play badminton at Pro1, please bring your own racket (or check if hire is available), shuttlecocks, and clean indoor non-marking shoes, as these are required on our courts. Wear comfortable sportswear, and don’t forget water and a towel. Drinks and snacks are available from our vending machine anytime, with additional options in the fridge during staff hours.
Can I hire or buy badminton gear at Pro1?
Yes. At Pro1 you can hire rackets during staff hours, while shuttlecocks can be purchased anytime from our vending machines.
Do you offer private coaching?
Yes, we provide 1-on-1 private coaching sessions tailored to your skill level and goals. These sessions are perfect for players who want to improve their game, whether they’re beginners or experienced players.
Can I join a socials at Pro1?
Yes, Pro1 runs regular social badminton sessions that are open to players of all levels. It’s a great way to meet others, enjoy casual games, and improve your skills. Simply check our available socials or contact us directly to enquire
Can I visit the centre without booking in advance?
While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend booking in advance to ensure court availability, especially during peak hours. You can easily check availability and make bookings online.
Do I need to bring my own equipment?
No, you don’t! We offer racquet hire and other essential gear at the Pro1 Shop during operating hours, so you’re always ready to participate, whether it’s a casual game or a session with your team training group.
What age groups are eligible for coaching?
Our coaching programs are open to players of all ages, from kids and students to adults and seniors. Boys and girls alike can join, and everyone is encouraged to participate in programs tailored to their skill level. We even offer a call for holiday programs to keep everyone engaged during breaks.

Do I need to bring my own racquet?
Yes, please bring your own racquet and clean, non-marking indoor shoes. If you don’t have a racquet yet, we can lend one for your first session and help recommend one to purchase.
How long are the sessions?
We offer 60 and 120-minute private sessions. Most players find 60 minutes ideal, while longer sessions are great for tournament preparation.
Can I choose my coach?
Yes. We’ll match you with a coach best suited to your goals, but you’re welcome to request a specific coach if available.
What skill levels do you train?
All levels welcome, from absolute beginners learning the basics to advanced players preparing for competition.
How do I book a session?
Simply book online and select your session time.
Can I reschedule if something comes up?
Yes, we understand things happen. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can reschedule your session.
What if I need to cancel?
