Pro1 Badminton Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking, entering, using, accessing, or participating in activities at Pro1 Badminton Centre (“the Centre”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all court hires, services, programs, and facility use. Failure to follow these terms may result in refusal of entry or termination of use.
2. Bookings and Payments
All court bookings, training sessions, coaching programs, memberships, and events must be made through our official booking platform. Payments are accepted online at the time of booking. Bookings are not confirmed until full payment is received.
Refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, and no-show policies are governed by the terms published on the booking page and may vary by service.
3. Facility Access and Use
Access to the Centre is permitted only for customers with valid bookings or authorised entry. All visitors must comply with staff instructions, safety signage, and court schedules.
Players must wear appropriate court shoes and attire at all times. Outdoor shoes are not permitted on playing courts.
4. Safety and Conduct
Users must conduct themselves in a respectful and safe manner at all times.
Pro1 Badminton reserves the right to refuse entry, remove any person from the facility, or decline future bookings for behaviour that is abusive, negligent, dangerous, or disruptive.
Children under 15 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
5. Equipment and Services
Equipment provided by Pro1 Badminton (courts, nets, shuttlecocks for hire, vending machines, onsite fridge) is offered in good faith but is subject to availability.
The vending machine and fridge accept credit card payments only.
6. Changes to Services
Pro1 Badminton may, at any time and without prior notice, change facility hours, services, pricing, schedules, programs, or terms.
7. Privacy and Personal Information
Personal information collected during booking and use of services is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for administrative, marketing, and operational purposes.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, images, videos, and materials on the Pro1 Badminton website and promotional channels are owned by or licensed to Pro1 Badminton and may not be used without permission.
